Ophidian Ore jewelry is made to order ( unless it is listed as ready to ship) Expect from 8 to 20 days to have the piece ready plus expedited shipping time. After you purchase we will contact you with the exact time your handmade piece will take.
Let us know if you have any urgencies and we will do our best to full fill your order faster.
Tracking
Once a product is shipped you will receive a tracking number
WARRANTY & REPAIR
We will repair or exchange damaged Fine jewelry within 60 days of purchase at our discretion. Any repairs after the 60 days will incur a cost depending on the condition of the item.
We will only repair any Ophidian Ore jewelry purchased through Ophidian Ore store.
Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email sara@ophidianore.com and request a Repair Work Order (RWO) number. We will try to respond to your requests asap.
